CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

 Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, as well as no shows, are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 100% of the scheduled service. The cancellation fee must be paid before being able to book again.  

 In the case that you may be late, please let me know. There is a 10 minute grace period, however, any time over 10 minutes will result in a shortened treatment without a refund or will need to be rescheduled.
